Arcane Season 2: What Fans Can Expect from Vi and Jinx’s Return

The creators of League of Legends are eagerly generating buzz for the upcoming second season of the animated series “Arcane,” which centers around the beloved characters Vi and Jinx. However, they’re approaching this excitement in a way that might seem unconventional to many fans of the franchise.

In their latest developer diary, they shared an intriguing announcement: a new category of skins called Elevated is on the horizon. What makes these skins particularly interesting is that they will only be obtainable through the Sanctuary—a gacha system designed to offer players the chance to win random rewards. This shift adds an element of surprise and unpredictability, allowing players to engage with the game in fresh ways while also offering a nod to popular mechanics seen in other games. As fans anticipate the new season of “Arcane,” the introduction of this system is sure to spark discussions and excitement within the community as they explore the possibilities it brings.

Each spark, which represents an attempt, will cost 400 RP. Players will have a chance to receive content across three tiers with each interaction at the Sanctuary. There’s an 89.5% chance to obtain items like mythical essences, icons, or emotes. Additionally, there’s a 10% chance to acquire certain skins, exclusive color schemes, and banners, not to mention elevated visuals. The first of these visuals will feature the Multifaceted Jinx, who will boast two distinct models. Each model includes three switchable forms, complete with unique animations, special effects, and voiceovers. This exciting addition promises to enhance the gameplay experience, making it even more immersive and engaging for all players involved. It will cost around 32,000 RP to make it, which is equivalent to 30,000 rubles in currency.

Patch 14.24, scheduled for release on December 11, is set to launch a brand new Gacha system in League of Legends. The update will bring the final touches to the current season itself. In addition to this exciting feature, Riot Games plans to completely rework the Mythic Store, giving players a new experience. It will also introduce new options that will allow players to customize the visuals when defeating the Nexus, improving the overall gameplay experience and giving each victory a unique flavor. The update promises to bring a lot of excitement and new content to fans of the game.
